Susan B Anthony is the lady that organized the efforts to give women the right to vote, own property, have jobs that enabled them to have jobs to earn money themselves, etc. She was a big impact that helped women get equal rights.
The early Sisters of the Mormon Church in St. George loved her efforts for womens rights so much that they sent her some black silk fabric from their silk worm enterprise for a dress. The dress is on display in this home. It was quite the tour, then off to lunch before our shift at the Temple. A great day with the Temple Missionaries.
